STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Yudhvir Sethi, J&K BJP Vice President condemned heinous terrorist attack on a Gurdwara in Afghanistan, in which more than two dozen people were killed and several others got injured. In a statement issued here on Wednesday, Sethi condemned terror attack on the Gurdwara in Afghanistan’s Kabul, saying that targeting a religious place in midst of COVID-19 outbreak reflects diabolical mindset of the perpetrators and their supporters. “Our hearts go out to the families who lost their loved ones in this inhuman act and pray for the swiftest recovery of injured,” he said, adding, “We convey our sincerest condolences to immediate family members of deceased and wish speedy recovery to injured.” Sethi also applauded the bold step taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for announcing 21-day lockdown to combat COVID-19. He said that the result of lockdown will show result in near future, as people of the country are extending whole-heartedly support to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, who is working day and night to drag-out the country from this deadly virus. Sethi appealed to people of Jammu and Kashmir to strictly follow advisories issued by Government to break the chain of coronavirus. He appealed to people to cooperate with Government agencies besides following health advisories and taking necessary precautions like staying at home, maintaining social distancing and not to get panic.
