STATE TIMES NEWSR S PURA: J&K Pradesh Youth Congress today celebrated PM Narendra Modi’s birthday by installing a Pakoda stall at Brij Nagar, Miran Sahib where unemployed youth jointly sell Pakoda while showing anguish over rise of unemployment rate in the country.JKPYC State Secretaries, Arjun Sharma, Ankush Raina, Nakul Sharma and DYC President Jammu Rural, Er Neeraj Choudhary were present on the occasion.JKPYC leaders said that during BJP rule unemployment rate has risen to its peak because of which youth are facing difficulties for earning their livelihood. PM Modi’s promise of 2 crore jobs per year has resulted in a rise in unemployment rate.JKPYC leaders sold the pakodas at Rs. 10 per plate which was purchased by the way passers and a total amount of Rs. 180 was earned whereas the investment was around Rs. 400. Which clearly shows that Modi’s perception of selling pakodas in the name of employment is also a failure. Instead of giving employment, BJP is hell bent to snatch advertised posts and scrapping of self help groups is another anti youth policy, they added.JKPYC urged upon the Modi dispensation to reconsider and regenerate their policies underestimating and depriving the educated unemployed youth of the UT of their right to employment. The lowest GDP of the nation around the world has placed INDIA beneath the list of underdeveloped countries in the world which is 6 times the lower than Pakistan.
