STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Veer Savarkar Rashtriya Smarak Samiti (VSRSS) Mumbai and Bharat Raksha Manch (BRM) is taking out a ‘Tiranga Yatra’ to keep the fire of nationalism alive in among young India besides promoting the desire of joining forces. Briefing media persons here on Friday, Bharat Raksha Manch National Vice President, Vinod Kumar Gupta said that the aforesaid Yatra is also an attempt to show our strength to separatists, who have challenged nationalists by saying that there will be no hand to lift Tricolour. “The Yatra, starting from Maharashtra, will tell separatists that Veer Marathas are always with Veer Dogras and shall always fight shoulder to shoulder against any enemy of the motherland,” he said, adding that a function will be held in Jammu on July 23 to welcome the Tiranga Yatra, coming under the leadership of Ranjit Savarkar, President of Veer Savarkar Rashtriya Smarak Samiti and Advocate Ranjeet Sangle National Secretary and Maharashtra State President of Bharat Raksha Manch. Families of Kargil martyrs will also be honoured on the occasion, he added. “Thereafter, the Tiranga Yatra shall proceed towards Northern Command, where the Tricolour will be handed over to Army for unfurling it at Kargil War Memorial in Drass,” he informed. Others present in the Press Conference included Prashant Kotwal, Zonal Convenor, West Central Zone; Govind Malviya, Zonal Convenor, North Zone; Dr Yograj Padha, State President, J&K and Rohit Bajrangi, State Youth Wing President, J&K.
