STATE TIMES NEWS NOWSHERA: In a Panchayat meeting held in Chak Jaralan under its Sarpanch Om Parkash the villagers highlighted their problems. They said that various types of development works have been abandoned in the Panchayat which need to be immediately taken in hand. Om Parkash appealed to the Lt Governor G.C Murmu that all the concerned departments including RDD, PDD and PWD be directed to take up these development works. He said that condition of road approaching their Panchayat is dismal and is accident prone. Om Parkash said that government land to the extent of 16 kanals is available in Chak Jaralan therfore Government stores for food grains and horticulture stores may please be constructed for the benefit of the farmers.
