STATE TIMES NEWSPOONCH: Sikh organisations and Sikh youth in particular from Poonch district took to streets on Monday and showed their resentment for dropping Punjabi from the list of official languages of J&K.Sikh organisation told that they are anguished over this step motherly behaviour of government which on one hand gives slogans like ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ while on the other side sidelines the sentiments of a particular community which has contributed so much towards development of this nation.Sukvinder Singh, spokesman said that All Sikh bodies are united in this struggle and will fight unanimously until ‘Gurmukhi’ is given its due respect and inducted as official language.
