State Times NewsRAMBAN: Administrative Secretary, Department of Tribal Affairs, Rehana Batul and Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Nazim Zai Khan on Tuesday flagged off a troop of students to Sanasar for a trekking expedition.ADC, Ashok Kumar; CPO, Dr. Kasturi Lal; DYSSO, Dharamveer Singh; CAO, Councilors, besides other officers were present on the occasion.The six-day Trekking expedition camp is being organized by the Department of Youth Services & Sports Ramban in which 48 students from six different education zones of the district Ramban participated.While interacting with the participants, the DC impressed upon them to avail this opportunity to shape their personality as a good sportsperson as well as responsible citizen with the abilities to lead the society.He directed the DYSSO to provide adequate facilities to the participants besides imparting them trekking skills and Moral thoughts.DYSSO informed that the Trekking camp will explore the areas of Sanasar during the six day trekking programme.
