JAMMU: Adhiraj Singh Charak and Vivaan Sharma of Rich Harvest School, Bari Brahmana represented J & K and Gen. Zorawar Singh Rifle Club in 28th All India GV Mavlankar Championship in Chennai from 30th Aug to 7th September. The event was conducted by the National Rifle Association of India in collaboration with the Tamil Naidu Rifle Association.
Adhiraj made his school proud by qualifying in Rifle Youth men’s Category with a magical score of 366 out of 400.
It would be pertinent to mention that Adhiraj was the only shooter from J&K to qualify for the National Championship.
The Principal Anita Bhatia applauded the efforts of both the participants and their Coach Vishal Mehra. The Director of the School, Ruchi Charak welcomed the trio on their return and wished them all the best in their future endeavour.
