The recruitment should be held on regular appointment rather than adhoc basis, He Said. He said JK have a one of the best Human Resources in the form of educated youth. But the previous Govt was unable to provide a deserving platform to them. The myopic approach of BJP led Govt and administration either in Delhi or Srinagar discriminate with the youth of Jammu Kashmir. For the last six years neither the recruitment process done on frequent basis nor the issue of Youth addresses, he said. By considering the about points, Khajuria demand to government the coming recruitment process should be on regular appointment basis rather than Adhoc basis.
