Dear EditorRecently Government announced Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for partial resumption of teaching activities in schools for students of classes 9-12, on voluntary basis. The number of coronavirus cases in major cities is increasing exponentially. At such a juncture, it doesn’t appear not as a wise decision. The current academic session should continue in e-learning mode. It is time to protect our children. Parents should fight and not a single child should be sent to schools for assuring their safety. Opening of schools is highly risky at such a crucial time.Neha Jamal,Punjab.
