STATE TIMES NEWSUDHAMPUR: Savita Parihar (Retd. SSP J&K Police), President Rani Welfare Society Jammu-NGO distributed ration items amongst the needy people of the hilly area of Tehsil Latti Distt. Udhampur who faced numerous difficulties and hardships in managing essential commodities of life during the ongoing lockdown due to global epidemic COVID-19 through Beant Gupta (Sarpanch Chappar the. Latti) under the supervision of Sh. Roshan Lal, Tehsildar of the area. Savita Parihar said, “during the ongoing lock down, many families are suffering due to lack of money, ration, etc. We appeal the people to come forward to help such needy families through our NGO or other which can further reach such needy families living in far off areas”. She requested all to follow the instructions issued by Administration and guidelines issued by the WHO and to remain safe at home. People of the area thanked the NGO for generous help at this critical juncture. Kamini Mahajan – Vice President, Randhir Singh- General Secretary, Kaveri Choudhary – Treasurer, Narinder Kumar- Member of the NGO contributed substantially.
