NEW DELHI: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) State President Ravinder Raina and Member Parliament Yugal Kishore Sharma on Thursday called on the Union Home Minister, Rajnath Singh and discussed various issues relaed to the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
They discussed the issues like completion of important projects, security of pilgrims of Shri Amarnath Shrine and successful completion of operation ‘All Out’. They told that the security and safety of the country has precedence over all other issues.
They also discussed the construction of building for AIMS, construction of artificial lake in Jammu, four lanning of Jammu – Poonch Road, construction of railway line to Poonch, Panchayti Raj and local bodies elections, appropriate compensation to the people dwelling on Ring Road, bunkers for border people, special recruitment to the unemployed youth, etc.
The Home Minister assured the visiting leaders that these issues are already under consideration.
