JAMMU: The Crime Branch wing of J&K Police on Thursday arrested a Punjab based fraudster involved in cheating students, their parents and duping them of their hard earned money.
The accused Gursevak Singh identified as Malkeet Singh Maan, son of Behal Singh, resident of village Mauran Tehsil Sunan District Sangrur Punjab was befooling youth on the pretext of providing study visa and jobs in foreign countries through a self style company in the name of M/s Wings Canadian Consultants Hall No. 109/A-1, 1st Floor North Block, Bahu Plaza, Jammu.
FIR 24/17 under section 420,465,467,468,471,120-B RPC has been registered against Wings Canadian Consultants through Gursevak Singh and others and investigation of the case has been entrusted to SI Hilal Azhar.
