STATE TIMES NEWSUDHAMPUR: Shiv Sena (SS) Bal Thackeray Secy. Gen Dharam Pal Sharma has expressed resentment towards free health insurance scheme being launched by the Govt. and said that people are facing problems in applying Gold Card.Sharma said before launching such scheme, Govt. should conduct proper ground work as many people’s names are missed in the lists. Moreover people are not made clear where to go for applying Gold card, at some places Khidmat centers people used to keep standing in long queue for their turn despite corona spike. He said after long wait, Khidmat center employees ignore to register their names on the pretext of as their names were not found in the list. Sharma said list provided to the Khidmat centers are not updated and up to the mark. He said that it was known that Govt. had planned to hold ward wise camps in every ward but from Govt. side there is no as such order or notification has been issued till date. He appealed to LG Manoj Sinha to personally intervene in to the matter and issued clear instructions so that people may not be harassed while applying for gold card.
