Northern Command Summer Adventure Camp 2019 concludes

JAMMU: Six-day Northern Command Summer Adventure Camp 2019 for wards of service personnel and civil defence employees in the age group of 15-18 years, concluded on Saturday with closing ceremony.
“Various activities were conducted to include archery, paintball shooting and various other games in the closing ceremony,” PRO Defence Lt Col Devender Anand.
“The camp was organised with an aim to impart progressive development of children’s personality with a tinge of fun to ensure effective utilisation of summer vacations,” he said adding that Camp witnessed huge participation of children who had joined the camp across the Northern Command Zone.
The adventure camp has instilled a flair of outdoor life in the children and boosted their self confidence to take on the challenges of life in future.
