STATE TIMES NEWS BHADARWAH: Much to the relief of over 50 thousand subscribers, mobile Internet services were restored in the Bhadarwah Valley of District Doda on Friday evening after remaining suspended for nine days. Night curfew which was imposed as a precautionary measure was also lifted from the town. The Internet services were snapped and curfew imposed on May 16 as after the killing of a man triggered violent protest and clashes about death started doing rounds on social networking sites. The Internet services on mobile phones and mobile Internet connections started functioning Friday evening after remaining suspended for nine long days. Tehsildar Bhadarwah Zeeshan Tahir said the services were suspended as mobile Internet was misused by miscreants to fan trouble in the picturesque.
