STATE TIMES NEWSJAMMU: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) demanded domicile rights for people of Jammu and Kashmir. In a meeting held here on Thursday, Kamal Gupta, President J&K NCP unit said that the government and its policies are all in air. He said that several burning issues of farmers, unemployment and drug menace are spreading like wild fire. “The visit of Union Ministers to J&K is only a show, but the ground reality is something else. It clearly indicates that people of Jammu & Kashmir are ignorant of truth,” he added. The meeting also demanded start of political process and job facilities for youth of J&K along with Domicile rights, like Himachal Pradesh, for people of J&K so that confidence can be restored among people. Gupta appealed to the general public to wake-up and fight for their rights. Others present in the meeting included T K Kaul, R S Billoweria, Manu Mahajan, Mohammad Amin, Ashok Singh Jamwal, Tariq Nar, Nisha Sharma, Bharat Kumar, Rahat Mughal, Jaswant Singh, Daleep Singh and Joginder Singh.
