STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Chairman, J&K Intellectual Society, New Delhi, S.S Sodhi stated that the life in villages is very simple, pollution free and less expensive. Addressing the members of the Civil Society, Senior Citizens and others here on Monday, Sodhi added, “Even when we think of villages, beautiful scenes of nature, green fields, fresh air, hospitable people and quiet life come to our mind. There is almost nothing artificial in these areas. People can use everything that nature can give us.” The chairman further said, “We must advise our children to visit the rural areas where they can find the people living with simplicity and peacefully who are hard worker, truthful and helpful to each other in their problems. They are also sympathisers and ready to do anything for each other to save them from natural calamities and above all they respect the moral values and share any kind of burden of others so that they may feel comfortable.” Sodhi also added that one can find everything eatable fresh, pure and hygienic which is also healthy food and good for health. Consequently, he said, people living in villages are more healthy, stout, hard worker, brave, kind and above all sympathisers. All the members of the civil society, senior citizens and others assured that they will guide their children for visiting the rural areas and avail the benefits of simple and real life.
