Terming the new domicile laws as a historic step, Gupta said that these deserving jobs benefits and were deprived since past so many decades will be able to apply while permanent certificate (PRC,s) would be the main document. Gupta said that what main stream parties could not do in the past 70 years, BJP led Govt at the Center under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi did in just a few years.
