STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Advocate Sarvesh Kotwal accompanied by senior advocates, colleagues and a large numbers of supporters on Tuesday filled nomination papers for the post of Vice-President of Young Lawyers Association at J&K High Court Jammu. Speaking on the occasion, Kotwal said that his main agenda for the elections is welfare of young lawyers. He further said that he will work for eradication of toutism and corruption, which is an impediment in growth and welfare of young lawyers. Kotwal said stipend should be provided to young lawyers on pattern of State Government of Kerala, so that they can meet their day-to-day expenses. He elaborated on the necessity of medical facilities at the District Court, adding that there is a lack of interaction between senior and junior advocates, for which he intended to arrange interactive sessions and seminars.
