STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Ahead of J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu (JKHCBAJ) election which is scheduled to be held on April 27, 2019, 44 members of Bar on Thursday exercised their franchise through postal ballot. There are about 2,300 members of JKHCBAJ who are eligible to vote in the ensuing poll. Four candidates namely Advocates A.K Sawhney, Abhinav Sharma, Vikram Sharma and Shakti Gupta are in fray for the post of President; Advocates Monish Chopra, Rohit Bhagat and R.S. Durswal are in fray for the post of Vice President; Advocates Abhishek Wazir and Anil Khajuria are in fray for the post of General Secretary, Advocates Snigdha Shekhar, Bhavishya Sudan, Varun Kotwal and Pardeep Majotra are in fray for the post of Joint Secretary, and Advocates Sahil Bavoria, Nikash Sharma and Sushant Samnotra are in fray for the post of Treasurer.
