STATE TIMES NEWS SAMBA: Sukhwinder Singh Dhaliwal, Commandant, ITBP flagged-off the educational excursion tour of students of remote area of Samba Distt on Wednesday at THQ 52 Bn ITBP under the Bharat Darshan Excursion Programme 2019-20 launched by Govt, of India. The Educational Excursion Tour is being conducted in the direction of Sukhwinder Singh Dhaliwal, Commandant 52th Bn ITBP. There are 46 students (23 girls, 23 boys), two teachers along with two ITBP official total-50 under the leadership of Vinod Kumar, AC(GD) are participating in this tour. It commenced on Wednesday and will provide opportunity to see the national monuments, historical sites and important institution of Delhi and Mumbai. Journey has been planned by Air & Train to give them exposure of air travel. During the flag-off ceremony Sukhwinder Singh Dhaliwal, Commandant, ITBP stated that, such initiatives under the Civic Action Programme of ITBP give the exposure and the environment learning to the students. The motive of tour is to provide students an opportunity to experience the rich social, culture and historical heritage of Nation.
