State Times News JAMMU: The Income Tax sleuths from Punjab on the second day continued with the raids at the business establishments and seized cash and valuables worth crores in the State. The IT teams simultaneously on Thursday raided many business establishments and residential premises at different localities in Jammu, Srinagar, Katra and Delhi on inputs about illegal assets worth crores of rupees accumulated by their owners. The raids were continued till Friday in the houses and business establishments. “The IT teams collected important documents, incriminating material, valuables worth crores, benami transactions and other assets including cash,” sources said. They asserted that the raids continued till late night while no official details were provided by the IT Department as the exercise is likely to be continued.
