STATE TIMES NEWSJAMMU: Class 12th students of JK Public School paid a befitting tribute to their mentors by scoring high marks in CBSE Board results. Continuing the legacy of excellence, several laurels have been brought by the students to the school by exemplary academic performance in Class XII exams during session 2019-20. Out of the 134 students, 120 have scored 75 per cent and above. “We at JK Public School believe that hard work is the key to success. This year, as in the past, all students emerged with flying colours. A total of 134 students appeared in CBSE Board exam 2019-20 and have successfully passed. There are no failure, no compartment,” the school management said. Out of the 134 students who appeared in the aforesaid exam this year, 23 have secured 95 to 100 per cent marks while 35 secured 90 to 95 per cent marks and 43 got 80 to 90 per cent marks whereas 19 students secured75 to 80 per cent marks. The toppers of the school are Taniksha Abrol (97%), Harshinni Mehta (96.8%), Sidharth Gupta (96.6%), Rishita Soodan (96.6%), Ayman Nawaz Rather (96.6%), Dhadkan Mahajan (96.4%), Manvi (96.4%), Asam Abidi Bhat (96.4%), Priya Gupta (96.2%), Seerat Fatima Malik (96.2%), Arti Gupta ( 96%), Nupur Mahajan (96%), Rashi Vaid (96%), Harsheen Kour (95.6%), Vidushi Salaria (95.6%), N Benjamin Studd (95.5%), Avneesh Wakhloo (95.4%), Baba Adil Naik (95.2%), Aryaman Kohli (95%), Prachi Sharma (95%), Rajyavardhan Singh (94.8%), Damanpreet Kour (94.8%) and Runjhun Kohli (94.6%). Eight students scored 100 out of 100 in Physical Education and one in Maths while 19 students scored 99 out of 100 in Physical Education, two each in Political Science and Economics.
