There is no positive impact on the growth of the country. However, it has sunk the GDP causing all the major sectors to suffer badly,” he said during meeting with various deputations from Bunjwah, Drabshalla blocks of Kishtwar district.Saroori said that there is no relief from the Government to the farmers despite all support from the farmers during previous elections. “Their trust has been breached and they have been put to suffering. The farmers who used to feed the Nation have been struggling to convince the Government for amending their decisions. However, it does not seem they will address the issues of the farmers,” said Saroori. The Former Minister said that the farmers have come on the roads unitedly from all the States to hold protest demonstrations in favour of their demand. “The situation of unemployed youth is also not different from the farmers. Both sections of the society are living in mental distress and uncertain future,” Saroori said and extended support of the Congress Party to the farmers.
