Besides residents face the acute shortage of essential commodities including Rice, Atta, Sugar, Kerosene oil and LPG Gas as they are not getting the ration as per the monthly quota . Beside these CA and PD dealers / saleman had involved the poors in Above Poverty Line (APL) category who are having their monthly income below Rs 4,000 ,and others who are having political image are involved in Below Poverty Line (BPL) category , that is injustice with poor residents of village Gorinal as the ration cards are under correction due to negligence of concerned dealers.
In village Gorinal no Aadhar Card operating camp was organised as more than 70 per cent souls are without Aadhar cards including school going children and employees who are not able to avail the benifits without Aadhar cards. Will district administration order Aadhar Card opreators to organise camp at Gorinal for the sake of poors?
Fallings under category of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe ( S C and S T ) residents of village Gorinal are not getting the benifits under SC / ST qouta from various sponsored schemes. Will be the residents get benefit of category, it is yet to mention?
Under the Prime Minister flagship programme of Swach Bharat Abhiyan, Rural Development Department failed in construction of toilets, developmental works and cattle trufs under Mahatama Gandhi National Rular Employment Gurantee Act (MGNREGA) schemes. Besides no developmental work takes place for public interest as the work that were taken were for their own intrest of employees in RDD. Under the centrally sponsored scheme Social Welfare Department failed in opening of Aaganwari and Balwadi centers for infants and the benefits for pregnant women is denied from the said programme. Why not such centers established for cause of poors, Will such centres established or not?
More than 9 km away from Gorinal only one Higher Secondary School is running under violation of staff, requirement norms and many more resulting in mostly the students remaining illiterate.
Who is responsible for negligence of Gorinal? Will the residents of Gorinal get response?
Not only these , village Gorinal residents are still living like early man age in this modern era of technology.
It is important to mention that since Independent India, the said village always remained neglected by State Government and concerned MLA Inderwal who failed to reach out cause of poor suffering. It is pertinent to mention that MLA Inderwal did not pay any heed towards Gorinal that is falling in Inderwal Assembly segment resulting that the residents await basic anemities.
Having a ray of hope after submitting a written consent to JK Against Corruption, Chairman of JK Against Corruption Vikram Singh directed its working members of Kishtwar District to take up the issues with district administration for early redressal of grevicences. Taking a strong note from Chairman, Team JK Against Corruption Kishtwar Sheikh Altaf and Shafqat Sheikh along with dozens of residents of Gorinal called on Addl Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar on 3rd April and submitted a letter along with written consent of residents regarding the grevicences of Gorinal vide letter no JKAC/KTR/001 dated 3rd April 2017. Addl Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Kishori Lal Shan give a patient hearing and assured that an official letter shall be circulated to concerned departments for early redressal of grevicences as soon as possible.
JK Against Corruption Chairman Vikram Singh Badwal, Vice Chairman Lila Jamwal and Member from Chenab Valley Shafqat Sheikh demanded personal intervention of Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and J and K Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to personally intervence in this matter and constitute a team to inquire in this matter and fulfill the demands of public at the earliest so as public may take sigh of relief in this mordern era of science and technology. In this regard Team JK Against Corruption shall write a letter to Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti for the intrest of poor and downtrodden masses of Kishtwar.
