STATE TIMES NEWSJAMMU: Ganesh Mandir Prabandhak Samiti (GMPS) Ganpatyar, Srinagar raised serious concern over attempts being made by certain unscrupulous elements to grab the land at Bonigam, Shalimar in Srinagar. In a meeting held here on Wednesday, H N Jatu, President of Samiti warned such persons not to venture in such activities. He advised the concerned revenue officials to ensure that no land belonging to Samiti is alienated from the rightful ownership of the Samiti. “Development Commissioner Srinagar, who is the Custodian of migrant property, should take note of such illegal activities and prevent such deals which are detrimental to interests of the Samiti,” Jatu added.
