STATE TIMES NEWSKISHTWAR: Dulhasti Power Station is organizing a four day online training programme on the topic “Yoga and Health” from 23rd to 26th September 2020 through Yog Manav Vikas Trust, Banikhet, District Chamba (HP).This online training program was inaugurated at the training hall of Dulhasti Power Station on 23 September 2020 in the presence of Shri Nirmal Singh, General Manager (In-charge), Dulhasti Power Station. During the inauguration, S.K. Dodeja, former Director (Projects), NHPC and founder of Yog Manav Vikas Trust, was also present online.In his address on the occasion, Nirmal Singh spoke about the importance of yoga and staying healthy in the current situation of COVID pandemic and encouraged all the participants to extensively participate and benefit from the program. During this four day online training program, as an expert faculty of Yog Manav Vikas Trust Shri S.K. Dodeja, former Director (Projects), NHPC will impart training on yoga, breathing techniques, disciplined living, meditation, boosting immunity, exercise & asanas and acupressure etc. to the participants.On this occasion, Dr. Nisha Sharma, General Manager (Medical Services), Dulhasti Power Station and Shri Ashok Kumar Dhanwal, Senior Manager (HR) were also present along with other officers, staff and participants.
