Donipawa team wins Chinar Inter Village Volleyball Tournament

Anantnag: To encourage such individuals and inculcate the spirit of competition and sportsmanship, Anantnag High Ground Military Camp conducted Chinar Inter Village Volleyball Tournament from July 11 to 12, 2020.
A total of eight teams participated in the tournament including players from villages of Qazigund, Magraypora, Dachipora, Donipawa, Kokernag, Naugam, Hatigam, Harnag, Shopian and Kulgam.
The tournament was conducted over two days wherein Team Donipawa won the finals against Harnag.
All COVID-19 precautions were ensured during the conduct of the tournament including entire sanitizing of players, locals and their belongings and maintaining social distancing throughout. The winning team was felicitated by gold medals and a cash prizes.
