STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Appealing State Governor’s in releasing October month’s salary and pension and five per cent DA installment due from July, 2019 in favour of the employees of the State Government and pensioners beside releasing all pending wages of the daily rated workers well before Diwali Festival, National Mazdoor Conference (NMC) Subash Shastri urged Governor Satya Pal Malik to address the aforesaid demands at the earliest, so that these categories of employees and pensioners and working class can celebrate their festivals with out and financial hick-up. “Since this month of October is the festivals of religious month in which most of the religious and important festivals falls, these classes are all ready under the financial constraints,” President NMC, Subash Shastri said this while addressing workers meet here on Saturday. Shastri also demanded early and speedy disposal towards the regularization of daily rated workers, working in the various departments of the state government and enhancing medical allowance to state pensioners to Rs 1,000 per month on the pattern of Central Government pensioners.
