RAJOURI: The Rajouri Police on Tuesday have arrested a professional cheater who lured many people to send them abroad after managing Visa.
The accused namely Mohd Arshad resident of Darhal had collected lakhs of rupees from victims and mostly stayed in Mumbai. After his arrest 14 victims from Rajouri and Poonch districts have approached the police for recovery of their money. The cheater has been booked in case FIR 70/15 under section 420 RPC for investigation.
