STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association Jammu (BAJ) on Monday decided to boycott the court of first Puisne Judge Justice Rajesh Bindal from tomorrow following his alleged ‘errant and improper’ behaviour with the Bar members. The meeting of the executive body was held under chairmanship of Bar President Advocate Abhinav Sharma. The emergent meeting was convened following a number of complaints lodged by lawyers that they are not being treated well by the first Puisne judge. This morning, according to sources, the Bar had initially decided to postpone the meeting, convened through notice issued on September 13. However, majority of the members pressed for holding the proceedings today. After discussions, the Bar Association decided to boycott the court of Justice Bindal.
