STATE TIMES NEWS REASI: Keeping the promise of establishing the tradition of story telling for young children; the people of Gun Kolsar Panchayat organized a very programme in which besides young children, elderly men and women were also participated. Elaborate arrangements were made by Panchs and youth of the area in Middle School ,Gunn of Ward No. 1. Kusum Kumari, Senior Master, GHS School, Reasi, a National level Best Teacher Awardee (2016) and 2009 State level awardee; a poet and social reformer cum activist impressed the children by reciting a poem. She also recited a beautiful short story directly connecting the children. Munshi Khan , a local respectable elderly from Ward No.07. advised the children to continue their pursuit for education as it is going to be the only uncatchable tool for the minimum survival in this world. Bimla Devi, a social activist cum entrepreneur from Mallaid, spoke about everyday Sanskars to be adopted for a healthy and happy living. Kuldeep Pandoh , a well known social activist of Reasi congratulated the people of Gunn Kolsar Panchayat for revival of this the golden tradition of story telling for young children. Kumari Suhani Devi and Kumari Bindu Rajput also recited poems. Dr. Ramesh Razdan ,CAHO; A.H. Deptt., Reasi who had been assigned the Kolsar Panchayat for B2V Programme congratulated the people of Kolsar for organising story telling event.
