STATE TIMES NEWSRAJOURI: Army rescued accident victims at Rajouri. As per the details, on the evening of 18 Aug, 2019, two passengers traveling in an Alto car from Jamola to Palma met with an accident near village Phardala. The car slipped off the road and got stuck into maize field approximately 30 feet below the road. Under Mission Reach Out, upon the receipt of information of the incident, army personnel on duty were quick to react to the crises and rushed to the accident spot. The Army team rescued the passengers and recovered the damaged car from the accident site with the help of Army recovery vehicle. The injured were administered with first aid. The prompt action by the army was applauded by the locals and civil administration. This humane action has further strengthened the bond of faith between the army and the people.
