State Times News KISHTWAR: Army in continuation of its drive to empower youth of remote villages of Kishtwar district and make them economically self-independent, conducted a Vehicle Repair Course for youth at Youth Employment Guidance Node, Kishtwar. This training was conducted from Sep 30, to Oct 29, 2019 and attended by a large number of candidates hailing from far flung areas of Kishtwar region. The aim of the course was to equip candidates with adequate knowledge, theoretical and technical skill. The youth expressed their gratitude towards the Army for the initiative and providing them opportunity to acquire skills for employment which can further be developed into a profession and a means of decent livelihood.
