STATE TIMES NEWSRAMBAN: Continuing its crusade against bovine smuggling and acting on directions of SSP Ramban Haseeb Ur Rahman, Gool Police on Thursday nabbed a smuggler and rescued six bovines from his clutches.As per details, a reliable information was received by party from Police Post Ind, that a person namely Ghulam Abbas, son of Abdullah Tragwal, resident of Jaman Gool is trying to smuggle six bovines via Dedda Nallah, on foot, without any valid permission of DM Ramban. Acting on the information, the police rushed to the spot and arrested the smuggler. A case vide FIR No. 62/2020 under Section 188 of IPC was registered against him Police Station Gool.The arrest was made by In-Charge Police Post Ind ASI Parshotam Kumar under supervision of SHO Gool Insp Muneer Ahmed and SDPO Gool Pardeep Kumar.
