STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: The Government on Wednesday nominated 16 officers to participate in the three days Residential Capacity Building Training Programme being organized by Information Technology Department from February 24 to 26, 2020. “Sanction is accorded to the nomination of the 16 officers to participate in the three days Residential Capacity Building Training Programme on “Reviving e-Governance at the Grassroots” being organized by Jarnrnu and Kashmir e-Governance Agency (Information Technology Department, J&K) in collaboration with National Institute of Smart Governance (NISG) at Hyderabad from February 24 to 26, 2020,” reads the order issued by General Administration Department. The officers who have been nominated for training programme include Abdul Rashid War, Labour Commissioner, J&K; Ravinder Kumar Bhat, Mission Director, Rashtriya Uchachatar Shiksha Abhiyan; Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, Director, Horticulture, Kashmir; Rahul Sharma, Special Secretary, Transport Department; Narinder Singh Bali, Special Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department; Rajesh Kumar Shavan, Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Udhampur: M.S.
