State Times News JAMMU: Ravinder Sharma, Chief Spokesperson JKPCC expressed concern over the hardships being faced by a large number of candidates applying for different jobs advertised before October 31, where State Subject Certificate (PRC) is one of the pre-requisites but the competent authorities have stopped issuing PRCs under instructions of the Government. In a statement issued here, Sharma said that a large number of candidates are seeking various Government jobs in pursuance of advertisements where PRC is a requirement, but the competent authorities have stopped issuing any fresh PRC after abrogation of special status. He urged the higher authorities to take cognizance of the genuine problem of eligible unemployed youth and issue appropriate instructions immediately so that eligible candidates do not get deprived from applying for various Government jobs as per requirement of such advertisements.
