STATE TIMES NEWSKATHUA: Under the instructions of Distt Jail Superintendent Kathua Mushtaq Ahmed, yoga classes commenced for jail inmates on Monday in which Dr Guru Prasad Sharma, Ayurveda & Yoga Consultant gave brief tips of yoga to remain healthy and happy. Dr Guru told that yoga is a holistic science and we should make our lifestyle as Yogic lifestyle for stress free and disease free life. Dr Guru demonstrated various yogic practices and inmates followed that with ease and felt happiness. Jail Superintendent Mushtaq Ahmed told that it is his dream that each individual in the jail stays calm and should learn any skill to remain skillful and also it will help in his livelihood on his future. He further told that for overall development of all the inmates, yoga session has been introduced and it will be held on regular basis now.
