STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: The five-day Yog Shivir organised by the High Court Wing Jammu, on the instruction of the Chief Justice, to de-stress the High Court Staff concluded here on Saturday. The programme was held at High Court Complex Janipur, here in collaboration with Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, Jammu, in which Registrar Judicial Sonia Gupta, Joint Registrar Judicial/ Protocol, Arvind Sharma, all gazetted and non-gazetted staff of the High Court including female staff participated. The Yog Shivir started at 8:00 AM daily, and in an hour long session various Yog Asanas were performed under the supervision of Yoga Instructors of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, Jammu. On the concluding day, Sat Pal Sharma, President Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, Jammu, Dr. Sudesh Gupta, Vice President, J.L Sharma, Mohni Sharma and Sapna members of the Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, Jammu participated and made the participants of the Yog Shivir aware of the benefits of the yoga. The literature about the yog was also distributed amongst the participants.
