State Times News AKHNOOR: A deputation of Kameshwar market shopkeepers met Sub District Magistrate SDM Akhnoor Gopal Singh and demanded widening of road from new Chenab bridge to Pannu Chowk Akhnoor which was sanctioned with the cost of Rs 20 cr. The deputation was led by President Kishor Kumar and Vice president Sudesh Malhotra, Gopal Kesar, Madan Lal Sharma, Jog Raj and other market shopkeepers. President Kishor Kumar and other shopkeepers demanded to start road widening as soon as possible because traffic jams and accidents are increasing day by day in that stretch. SDM Gopal Singh assured that administration team and concerning authorities already working on this task.
