SRINAGAR: Three persons were injured in different road accidents in Kupwara and Budgam.
In Kupwara, a truck bearing registration number JK02T-1297 driven by Ishfaq Ahmad Sofi hit and injured a pedestrian namely Farooq Ahmad Beigh at Kawari Dragmulla. The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital Handwara for treatment.
In another accident, an ambulance bearing registration number JK09A-4829 driven by Abdul Hamid hit and injured a pedestrian lady namely Dil Beigh resident of Zurhama near J&K Bank.
The injured was shifted to District Hospital Kupwara for treatment where from she was referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment.
In Budgam, a vehicle bearing registration number JK01AA-9523 driven by Wahida Nabi, resident of Peerbagh collided with a motorcycle at Peerbagh resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
Police have registered the cases in this regard.
