State Times News SAMBA: Police on Monday arrested three absconders at Samba and Rajouri districts. As per the reports, on a reliable sources information regarding the absconder, a police team of Bari Brahmana Police Station headed by SI Purab Singh under the supervision of Inspector Drashan Singh and SDPO Bari Brahmana Sunil Kesar arrested the absconder from Bari Brahmana namely Raj Kumar alias Raju son of Som Nath resident of Jandrah. The accused was wanted in case vide FIR No. 38/2009 under section 457/380 RPC of Police Station Bari Brahmana and was evading his arrest for the last 9 years after commission of crime. Accordingly, the accused was produced in the Court of Law and warrant issued against him under 512 CrPC by Additional Munsiff JMIC Samba got executed and the accused send to Sub- Jail Hiranagar. Meanwhile, Police also arrested two absconders wanted in two FIRs in Rajouri and Sunderbani police stations. Absconder namely Mohammad Farooq son of Mohammad Ismail resident of Maira Nagrota in Rajouri has been arrested by a team headed by SHO Rajouri Ajaz Haider under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Govind Rattan. He was absconding in case FIR no 163/2004 under sections 341/323/34 RPC of police station Rajouri and he was evading his arrest since 2008. Similarly, Sunderbani police station team under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera Brijesh Sharma also arrested one absconder namely Mohammad Rafi son of Mohammad Bashir resident of Parat Sunderbani. He has been arrested and was absconding in case FIR No 66/2018 u/s 188/RPC of police station Sunderbani. Both the absconders shall be produced before the court of law.
