STATE TIMES NEWS LEH: Stanzin Chosphel took oath as the Councilor of Martselang constituency of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh in DC’s Office Conference Hall here on Tuesday. The oath of secrecy was administered by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Leh, Bashir Ahmad Munshi. Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Leh, Gyal Phuntsog Wangyal, Executive Councilor (Agri), Phuntsog Stanzin, Executive Councilor (Education), Konchok Stanzin, Member Parliament Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, MLC Leh Chering Dorjey, Deputy Commissioner / Chief Executive Officer, LAHDC, Leh, Sachin Kumar Vaishya, Councilors of LAHDC, Leh, President LBA, PT Kunzang, President Anjuman Moin Ul Islam, Dr Abdul Qayum, President Christian Association Dechen Chamga, Deputy District Election Officer, A.G Zargar, Additional DC, Dr Zahida Bano, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rigzin Spalgon and other concerned district officers were also present. It is to mention that Martselang Constituency went for bye election following incumbent Jamyang Tsering Namgyal getting elected as Member Parliament of Ladakh in the Lok Sabha election 2019.
