STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Shri Ram Sena (SRS) on Thursday accused the Governor’s administration of hushing-up Leh bribery case as no progress was made after registration of FIR against BJP leaders. In a statement issued here on Thursday, Shri Ram Sena State President, Rajiv Mahajan said that although complaint alleged violation of Model Code of Conduct by BJP leaders yet it also amounted to a criminal offence, but no serious cognisance was taken by the administration. Mahajan urged the Governor’s administration to complete investigation of bribery case at the earliest as if no serious cognisance is taken of allegations made by Leh journalists, it would become difficult for Government to restore faith and credibility among general public. Mahajan also slammed Election Commission of India for inclining towards BJP and taking no serious action against its leaders for numerous MCC violations.
