JAMMU: Lens Knight in association with DV Motion Pictures on Thursday launched a short movie titled ‘Aik Ruki Hui Justju’ here at K L Saigal Hall. The function was organised by Shivani Cultural Society.
The movie produced and directed by Aditya Bhanu hits at the prevailing society system espousing strong tendencies towards widening the gaps in the relations due to lack of love and understanding.
The central character of the movie, the concept for which is designed by Shilakha Sharma, is faced with a dilemma either to remain contended with his family of wife and children while dumping his old age mother in an old-age home \ or to take a decision to hold hand of his mother who borne, nurtured and made him a thorough human being earning high respect in the society.
The movie ends on a very sensitive climax when a friend of the character asks him whether his mother is living with him, to whom he says,” No , my mother does not lives with me . I live with my mother”.
Under the ace directorship of Aditya Bhanu, who was assisted by Tarun Sharma and others who performed various roles in the movie include Kusum Tikoo, Dharun Kesar, Rahul Khetri and Sudesh Thakur. Sanjiv Sharma was the Director of Photography.
