JAMMU: Shiv Shakti Sena, J&K staged a protest on Tuesday in front of Main Chowk Janipur, here against the incompetency of present State Government especially of BJP MLAs chosen by Jammuites for safeguarding the interests of Jammu people.
Shiv Shakti Sena, J&K along with party workers and general public raised slogans against the State Government and all the BJP MLAs who have been given mandate by Jammuites.
Rakesh Gupta, State President, Shiv Shakti Sena, while criticisng the State Government, said that the present decision of the government to allow the Gujjar community people to possess the land which they are even illegally occupying anywhere in Jammu and another decision to allow free flow transportation of cattle and not in the interest of Jammu people.
“These two decisions are fully vested with the motive to change the demography of the Jammu region, as the persons from particular community are being favoured in Jammu by the government and our elected MLAs are sitting as mute spectators, allowing such injustice with Jammu region,”. Gupta said.
He warned the government to desist from such steps which are creating wedge amongst the two regions and with the motive to settle more and more Muslims in Jammu region. Protesters also burnt the effigy of the State Government and BJP MLAs to show resistance towards injustice with the Jammu region.
Shiv Deep Gupta, Ashwani Gupta, Sat Pal Sharma, Mahinder Dogra, Kaka, Rahul Gupta and Aman Kumar were also present ion the protest.
