STATE TIMES NEWS SAMBA: Police on Friday arrested seven gamblers and recovered Rs 8,650 stake money from their possession at Ghagwal. As per the details, a team of District Special Branch Samba raided at gambling site village Surara and arrested seven gamblers along with stake money of Rs 8,650 from their possession and also playing cards recovered from spot and handover to Ghagwal Police. The accused have been identified as Balbir Chand son of Bachitar Singh, Ravi Kumar son of Ramesh Kumar, Ram Dayal son of Dhanu Ram, Babishan Lal son of Birbal, Vijay Singh son of Tola Ram, Shanker Singh son of Anchal Singh and Raghu Nandan son of Ram Rattan all residents of Surara, Ghagwal.
