STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Indian youngsters win 27 medals including nine gold, 10 silver and eight bronze in Taekwondo event in the South Asian Games 2019. The Indian team was led by S.M Bali as General Manager and had shown such a marvelous performance at South Asian Games. The selection of Indian Team was held under the supervision of World Taekwondo delegate Milan Kwee from Singapore who was the Technical Chairman of the Selection Committee. Besides Namdev Sheronkar Chairman Adhoc Committee Indian Taekowndo and S.M Bali Member Adhoc Committee along with Digvijay Singh were also present. All the players appreciated the efforts of S.M Bali for his dedication and hard work during the whole event which highly boosted their morale to give such a splendid performance. J&K Taekwondo Association President D.N Pangotra also congratulated Bali for this outstanding performance for boosting the players and making J&K proud. Atul Pangotra from J&K also took part in the aforesaid event as a player. S M Bali appealed to Lt. Governor of J&K to promote Taekwondo in J&K and provide proper training hall along with facilities to the players.
