State Times News JAMMU: State Administrative Council (SAC) will meet in Srinagar on Friday with Governor Satya Pal Malik in Chair. According to sources, the SAC will discuss the blue-print for the formation of Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Durbar Move and transfers in the civil and police administration. The sources added that this will be the last meeting of the SAC, as the State of Jammu and Kashmir is being bifurcated into two Union Territories. This will also be the last meeting of the highest decision making body ahead of the Annual Darbar Move. Though no formal agenda has been circulated among the Advisors till late this evening yet it has been learnt that the SAC will discuss the arrangements put in place for smooth transition to Union Territories. The obtaining law and order situation will also come for thorough discussions, sources added.
