STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha (JCMS) is committed to provide Langar to the pilgrims of Amarnath Yatra in the Sabha premises for registration purposes. This was stated by Romesh Chander Gupta, President of the Sabha, in a statement issued here on Sunday. He informed that the Sabha has made elaborate arrangements to provide catering facility to Yatris of Amarnath pilgrimage. The Langer has been functioning since the commencement of Yatra and will continue till its culmination i.e, August 15, 2019, he said. “A team of dedicated workers under my supervision is functioning to look after the daily catering need of the Yatris coming into Mahajan Bhawan, Shalamar Road,” he said. T.R. Gupta Mahajan Rattan, Ex-President of Akhil Bharatiya Mahajan Shiromani Sabha has sponsored Sunday’s Langar for pilgrims, he said. “About 1,200 Yatris got tea, breakfast and lunch right from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, till they got their Yatra papers completed for which a big hall has been placed at the disposal of Government Registration Agency,” he said. Yash Paul Gupta and Jugual Mahajan, Chief Patrons of JCMS; Om Prakash Mahajan (Kaku Shah), Arun Gupta and Balbir Gupta Langer Incharges; Shiv Pratap Gupta, Om Parkash Gupta, Sanjay Mahajan, Dr Mohan Lal Gupta, Mukesh Mahajan, Yash Paul Gupta, Satish Chander Gupta, Darshan Gupta, Vijay Gupta, Prabh Dayal Gupta, Sanjay Jandial, Vimal Gupta and C.P Gupta were also present.
